Service Description

A one-hour diagnostic for home computers, printers, peripherals, software issues, and basic network connectivity. We review Windows and Mac issues, Dell and HP systems, printer setup, router problems, Netgear or UniFi Wi-Fi issues, and pfSense or network configuration concerns where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For onsite work, please make sure equipment areas are accessible. Additional work beyond the booked appointment may be quoted separately.
