Service Description
A one-hour diagnostic for home computers, printers, peripherals, software issues, and basic network connectivity. We review Windows and Mac issues, Dell and HP systems, printer setup, router problems, Netgear or UniFi Wi-Fi issues, and pfSense or network configuration concerns where appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked. For onsite appointments, please ensure that all equipment and work areas are accessible at the scheduled time. Any additional work requested beyond the scope of the booked appointment may be quoted separately and will require approval before proceeding.
