Service Description
A two-hour onsite appointment for homes with smart TVs, cameras, doorbells, thermostats, speakers, hubs, streaming devices, and Wi-Fi issues. We review device connectivity, router and access point placement, weak coverage, app/cloud access issues, and platform fit for Ubiquiti UniFi, Netgear, Cisco, HP/HPE Aruba, Dell networking, and pfSense where appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For onsite work, please make sure equipment areas are accessible. Additional work beyond the booked appointment may be quoted separately.
